Received MP 's mail today

I wrote one mail to my MP last 19th feb about speed up my application . she replied today. but i got my passport 28th march... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Rithi When applying from inside UK the Permanent residence VISA is called ILR, however when applied from outside the UK its called ILE (Indefinite Leave to Enter). Yes .. I received my passport with my ILR this morning

Waiting game Still Going on

Until Today 4 good months completed .. still UKBA's game going on... i don't know still how long wanna wait...

Just to share. My husband received his ILR (postal set M) today! Our timeline - posted application 22/10/11 by special delivery, passport returned today 29/2/12, so 19 weeks (I think) in all. I fully agree with you Rithi.. Atleast they should start online tracking system, where we can see the progress of our case e.g..to be started, in-process, decision pending or documents required. I agree 3 months are enough time to decide any case if taking more then 3 months then process improvemen...

i dont know what to say.... why ukba taking 6 months time? if we apply in person .. can get result with in 24 hours normally. so ukba can find applicant's all working history with in 24hours for same day service That's fine but who applied by post have to wait max 6months........... this is not acc...
