you don't need to mention spent(speeding is on ur licence 4 years) convictions... don't worry....u have to mention only unspent convictions. For u no worries.. all the best

you are correct, it is abit confusing. after reading the email from ukba i was more confused than ever so i called them and the person i spoke to said "apply 28 days before the expiry of your current visa" so I chose to do that to be safe rather than sorry lol hi hsmpengineer, wt do u say...

hi hsmpengineer, thanks for the reply, even me contacted that solicitor on friday, he said same to me as well. here in my place more than 20 pple on the similar situation they r all contacted different solicitors(paid) they r also saying the same thing. but in your linked mail from UK Border Agency ...

hi guys, If any body can help of 5 yrs ILR qualifying period: Is it from grant of approval letter or visa stamp valid from date. my friend got HSMP here in UK after finishing his studies and then applied for HSMP and got approval letter but for stamping he applied 4 months later b.coz approval lette...

If she has been living with you in the UK for at least 2 years, then yes . Else, she may apply for FLR(M) before her leave expires. hi vinny, thanks for the reply..she is living here for 4 yrs(student+PSW) bt as a dependent from 3 months+...does she eligible for ILR if not my ILR is dur in may 2012...

ILR DEPENDENTS PLEASE HELP ME

Hi guys, can anybody help me with following question --my ILR due in march 2012, currently I am on tier1 (general). I am recently married(4 months ago) my wife on dependent visa from last 3 months. can we both apply ILR together or do i need to wait her for 2 yrs(for my fife ILR). --I want yo clarif...
