please read following link http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=96054 Thanks a lot, but this is about Sheffield PEO, I would like to know about Glasgow. Some PEO offices take payment after ILR application has been decided and from 29.02.2012 ILR will be with biometrics, so I wonder if t...

I know of quite a few people who plan on doing similar things to get ILR. Remember UKBA comes down hard on those who try to obtain visas by deception. Your friend will definitely struggle to prove his economic activity IN THE UK over the last 5 yrs and may also struggle to score the points required...

Glasgow PEO - at what point did you pay the fee?

I would appreciate if those who applied at Glasgow PEO for a visa extension that included biometrics could tell us at what point the payment was taken?
Was that after of before the application was decided? And at what point did you give biometrics?

Many thanks!

I am in the same boat, really worried as my job changed whilst a wp but HR did not inform home office on the basis that it is same jobe code. As for salary increment I dont think it should be a problem, they would have checked it when you switched to tier 1 and if there is a problem i guess they wo...

ILR (2yrs WP + 3yrs Tier1) Salary higher than in WP letter

Hi All, I have spent 5 years in the UK, 2 years on WP and 3 years on Tier 1 General visa. I am planning to apply for ILR. While on WP visa my salary was several times higher than that mentioned in the WP letter. This was because the WP was issued just for my basic salary but I was paid additionally ...

That is fine - mine did not match and I got Tier 1 extension. Also, net was more than gross for one month. The case worker commented on that and I said that that was because I paid more tax for previous months than I should have - he said 'that's fine' and did not seem too bothered. Even if I have s...
