Hi Mate,

If you're applying on the basis of Tier1 you dont need to worry about getting the SOC letter you have to concentrate more on your points scoring.

It shouldn't be a problem for your kids who born in UK you can apply MN1 for them once you get your ILR.

But for your wife and a son who born in Pakistan you should have to follow the same procedures as you're following for your self.

It'll be based on your Tier 1 you dont need COP for your ILR application.

But just to be on safe side try to arrange the employer letter for the past 2 years of your WP.
