Just ask for one single letter the format is avail on this forum. Please dont ever do this mistake to get two different letters at all.

That's excellent that your PEO is at Liverpol.

Hi

If you are really over enthusiastic you can give Life in the UK on the very first day just after getting your HSMP,Tier 1 or WP.

There's no expiry date for Life in the UK you can give it any time.

Hi There's no set rules for the letter from the employer date like the bank statements and payslips that they shouldn't be more than a month old at the time of the application of your ILR. But offcourse its just a letter and I believe you dont want to take a letter which is 6 months old for the ILR....

You can apply for your PEO appointment 6 weeks earlier than 29th of May 2012. I believe you can book your PEO appointment some where arround by the 3rd week of April 2012.
