Hi There's no set rules for the letter from the employer date like the bank statements and payslips that they shouldn't be more than a month old at the time of the application of your ILR. You can apply for your PEO appointment 6 weeks earlier than 29th of May 2012. I believe you can book your PEO appointment some where arround by the 3rd week of April 2012.
