Hi RajuT That's the most simple reason mate that the UKBA has refused to give you the ILR at your PEO appointment. But I am sure you'll definitely get your ILR they'll do a little bit of enquiry reg your Entry and Exist in the country that's all. They never ever refused to give you the ILR. I am pre...

Hi

If you're applying under the 10 years rule or on the basis of long residense you don't have to claim any points for any thing like if you apply on the basis if your Tier 1 Visa which is a PBS.

Good luck for your ILR.

Hi To the best of my knowledge there's no difference b/w PCN and FPN. They are the same terms. To the very best of my knowledge please do not mention this in your ILR as HO has got nothing to do with that as this is not a Criminal Conviction at all from any angle so they don't really want to know if...

Hi kumar17 What you're saying in your post that was the case before 29th Feb 2012 now UKBA has changed the rules and now every applicant has to book the appointment for their selves due to the Biometric process. You can do consult the Lawyers but they're really expensive any where up to £1200 exclud...

Hi Jegdis5

That's what I have said to you in my previous post that its not your fault that you haven't got your NI No at that time.

Smith Stone and Walters they have quoted me nearly £2000 excluding the PEO fees. They are really expensive!!!!!

Gross Salary 24. Where the earnings take the form of a salary or wages, they will be assessed before tax (i.e. gross salary). So it's salary minus pension deduction right? Hi Gross means the salary before tax and net salary means the amount we get in the bank account after any deductions like tax,p...

Hi

To the best of my knowledge UKBA rules says that you have to claim points on yout Gross Salary. So if your contributing towards your pension that's fine but I think you can claim points on your Gross.

Please also consult senior members or mods of this forum.

Good luck for your ILR.

Hi I think as well that the letter issued by your company for your ILR is not acceptable by the UKBA I am affraid. I would suggest you that you should go for the extension of your Tier1 first and then try to apply for Long residency. that would be safest way in my eyes dont rush for any thing.

Good luck.
