I have submitted internet banking statement for the last 3 months - rest of the statements are original. I went to the bank but they gave only the last month's print out and not all three months.

Are they going to refuse my Tier visa extension application?

Extention date: 29/04/2010

Expiry date: 12/05/2013

My friend came to UK in 2008 and was given 3 years extention in July 2010.

When the current extention expires, there would still be 2 months left to compete 5 years to qualify for ILR.

Does he need to apply for extention? Experts help needed. Thanks.
