Can she not apply 28 days before 2 years anniversary? She will be 2years on 25/5/15. If she gets the 24months visa, then...

Re: ILR Query Urgent

Thanks Rella. Her Visa expires on same day 28/4/2015. I initially booked PEO for 8 April 2015 then later changed it to 27/04/2015. I did this so that my wife could benefit from 28days rule. She will be 2years in UK on 25/5/2015. Is she not eligible for ILR same day as mine? She was granted tier 1 de...

You will need to call HMRC ASAP, as you will need a letter showing your UTR from HMRC for Homeoffice for your extension. You should have been given a letter from HMRC when you registered as self-employed.

i bank with lloyds. I printed my statement online and took it to the bank for stamping, which they did. if you go to another branch of HSBC and they refuse to sign, the paper copy they stamped for you is fine.

A candid advice is for you to change your bank after your Visa approval

Let me get something clear to all of us. Most migrants in the UK are mostly African and Asian descendants, whose countries are having economical and social challenges. If we are not here, how will UKBA make money? The question is, how many Americans, canadians,Germans to mention few are in the UK? U...
