Re: Premium appointment- do they key your old BRP?

Hi,

I have the answer: They do keep your old BRP. However, my new BRP was valid from the date it was issued (08-12-2015) even though my new job didn't start until 01-01-2016. So it was fine to travel on that. Think it took a week or less to get the new BRP.

Premium appointment- do they key your old BRP?

Hello,

If you apply via a premium apppointment for Tier 2 Gen visa (change of job), do they keep your old BRP? My old BRP will still have valid leave until 31st of December 2015. My new BRP won't be valid until 1 Jan 2016. I'm guessing I will need the old BRP to travel until the new BRP is valid?

How many times can you extend a Tier 2?

I currently have a Tier 2 that is valid for 3 years. After completing of the 3 years, my workplace said they can guarantee a contract extension of 6 months, so I will have to apply to extend my Tier 2 to cover the next 6 months. In the event they can extend my contract a second time, am I able to do...

I believe my sponsor has all the appropriate information on the COS and that are very experienced with this process. My original question pertained to if I should write anything in the supporting documents column if the proof for that specific scoring area is found in the COS.

VAF 9 Appendix 5 - Question about Summary Sheet in Part 10

I'm filling out my VAF9 Appendix 5 as part of Tier 2 General. I reached Part 10 of the document where it asks to summarize Points Claimed and list the Documents provided for each Scoring Area. My employer told me that my COS contains information on the Resident Labour Market Test, my appropriate sal...
