I JUST GOT REJECTED BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE ESTABLISHED PRESENCE (A BIT COMPLICATED) THOUGH I JUST COMPLETED A ONE YEAR MASTERS DEGREE IN SCOTLAND. MY RESULTS ARE OUT AND SCHOOL HAS NOW GIVEN ME PSW LETTER, THOUGH MY ACCOUNT WILL HIT 90 DAYS ON THE 20TH OF MATCH. CAN I STILL APPLY FOR THE PSW?
