I cant add any income now, because the period considered is up to Oct 2013 only. The acct made a mistake and included expenses which were not incurred... Send a letter to UKBA informing them that relationship has broken down with all the neccesary details such as copy of his passport and visa if you have, UKBA will get in touch with you soon to confirm

No impact on immigration statuses for people on ILR after a divorce, indefinite leave to remain is not dependent on any individual even if previous leave to remain was as a dependent of the main applicant

contrary to whats written in the form, CWs dont ask for absence evidence if they are less than 180 days in a year

fill up 6.2 as normal giving dates of absences and the relevant reason

no evidence should be required if absences are below 180 days in a year, try getting a letter if you can mentioning the reason what the holidays were for, nothing to worry about if you can't

Congrats...didn't really notice your query but if you had valid visa while leaving UK and if new entry clearance was applied within 28 days of expiry of previous leave (or sooner) then continuous residence is maintained

as per the rules countinuous residence is broken, however, discretion can be exercised in pretty much any case if there are grounds for leniency
