Is maintenance fund needed for ILR application?

Submitted mine with 3 dependent relatives since 15th May 2012......no Biometric Letter yet except for a letter/e-mail requesting me to send my passport photographs (Main Applicant) again on the 4th July 2012. It's almost 7 days after they've received the photographs now, yet no invitation for biomet...

I don't think there is any rule anywhere that disallows you from using your maintenance fund as your application fee after you might have printed out your bank statement.

The 53days absence will not bar you from applying for ILR by 2014 unless they change their rules as regard this issue before then - as they usually do!!

For your case, it has to be a balance of £800 at the end of each day transaction of the 90days.

I don't think you can use 2 different accounts for it - though logically correct, but not "home office" correct.
