so you mean if we don't bring the copies of any doc they will keep the originals? Don't they copy themselves?

Re: Please help_ILR date

can we apply exactly before 28 days?

Also, my initial Tier 1 was stamped on 20 May 2009, so when I'll become eligible for ILR? will it be 22nd April or 23rd April?

the calculation includes the end dates or not?

Re: Query about page 22 paragraph 2 ofcont. residence period

Hi fna81 you worked overseas only during the time you were not in UK? Like some ppl do remote work as well, and have regular overseas earning? That UBKA statement, in my opinion, is based on the fact if someone is absent from UK solely for the employment purposes and his main income is generated by ...

Debt collectors issue - should I declare?

Hi All I had an issue when I didn't received a bus lane fine because of wrong address, and they kept chasing me at the wrong address. Then I came to know about this after 7-8 months and I paid the full amount to the debt collectors and they confirmed they got no outstanding money left. Then I called...

Re: Help -First Entry to UK

@neesh If you arrive within 90 days of your initial grant, then your 5 year counter starts from the initial date of stamping. So, you can apply for ILR based on 4 years 11 months from that date, and I believe the same duration will be mentioned in the app form, for the question 'how long you have li...

Re: Help -First Entry to UK

Hi landcruiser94 You'll count the time from when you were first granted Tier 1 in 2009 (if that was in-country switching), or the date you first landed as Tier 1 holder if you arrive after 90 days, after your initial grant. Also, for the question about how long you have lived in the UK, it will be t...

Re: if any changes to Set O form and fees

How did you calculate the fees as 3234? can you do the breakup? The fee currently (after 6th April) for one main + one dependent is 2986 (which is 1093 main, 1093 dep, plus extra 400 each, so 1093+1093+400+400=2986). the same day fee offset was standard fee + 375, now after 6th April its standard + ...

the new SET(O) form has got layout issues and also overlapping text issues. Also the boxes are not aligned with the text properly.
