How did you print the recognition letters for city and guilds?

Did you just print the website page from Ofqual website or did you get any other recognition letter?

Re: Is EMD Qualification English Language Acceptable ??

Today I called Homeoffice and asked this question, and they confirmed that if it is on OfQual register and taken in England, then it is acceptable.

So, I guess it should be okay.

you mean to say that it can be used to get ILR with SET(O) but not for spouse settlement?

why it is accepted for one thing but not for the other?

Re: Is EMD Qualification English Language Acceptable ??

I have seen this on OFqual registered qualification list so it should be okay, but haven't heard anyone getting successful/unsuccessful with this.

Better to call OfQual or home office directly and ask them.

Re: Evidence of Paid absences from UK

My case is similar to this. I am applying for ILR in May 2014. I was only out of UK for 4 weeks in 2009 and 3 weeks in 2012. All were paid holidays. In 2009, I was with my previous employer and it could be difficult to approach them for any letter. I can get a letter for my 2012 absence from my exis...
