You may be able to claim Earnings Related JSA as you don't qualify for Contribution based. I have been looking for this info for a while and still couldn`t find anything. Can someone apply for an EEA FP only upon immidiate return from another member state? Can someone apply for EEA FP regardless of when they have returned (for eg.6 months). Is there any ECJ on this?
