PEO Appointment : 11th April 2012 BioMetric issue: Was promised that case worker looked at the case and everything thing is fine, just waiting for Biometrics and will get a call in few days. Could you please tell us whom you wrote to and how you contacted them. Did you ever get a response. I am thinking all the letter/calls would have make now diff and they just took their own sweet time.

I believe he qualifies

Look at 319J of the immigration rules.
I assume you are applying on Set(O) in which case he should apply on a separate Set(O) with full application fee.He should also pass Life in UK test. Main point is prove he is completely dependent on you.

was at croydon on the 11th still waiting

First person in through the door on the 11th waiting till 5-45 to know that they cannot process the application as Biometric results have not come back. Kept all the documents. Waiting for their call now.
Please do update if anyone gets a call who attended on the 11th of April
