Thanks EUsmileWEallsmile, the solicitor was free I think i will speak to my solicitor on Monday then decide,,,, I believe it shouldn't be a problem as I have sent the all payslips so HO would know that we haven't been absent mush from UK. only 2 short holidays a year.
Once again thanks guys,
So what do you think,,should i wait for HO see if they ask me about travelling section's more information or should I just fill this section in a new application and send it to HO along with an explanation cover letter?
Hi Jambo, so although only I (non EEA) have applied for PR but HO still needs to know both of us absent time from uk? or just me?
Thanks mate for your informations.
Thanks guys,,, is this absent its just for non EEA(applicant) or both(NON EEA'EEA) im (non EEA) only the applicant. Also I only have travelled twice a year(10 day or 1 week holiday) last two years only, and I have entry and exit visa on my passport anyway. reda, I dont want to send another applicati...
Hi guys, I just realised that when my solicitor submitted my EEA4 form, she never mentioned travelling section and im sure she hasn't filled it, how bad can this be? Would they refuse my application or just return it to us and have to fill it and resend it again? Any information would help, thanks g...
Hi zubby007 and all guys, I can see you are frustrated been waiting for your RC but just to let you know for back back on 2009 after my application was submitted for RC I had my COA with in 3 weeks(live and work free in UK) but took 8 months to get my RC,,, I know that time lines are changed now but...
Hi cutepearl, I meant you don't have to wait 12 month period of PR,,,you can apply for BC based on 6 yrs relation and demonstrate same evidence that you used for PR.
Hi edr020, give it 1 more week(1 month or 4 weeks) then if you still haven't received it,,,,don't call but email them in the morning about 10 or 11 and they will reply to you with in same day otherwise unless you are unlucky be patient for now.
thank you cutepearl for the information,, so I guess in your word,,you didnt even have prove for 5 yrs( 4months short) but you still managed to get PR,,well done mate.
So are you going to do the same for BC? I think you should.
not necessary, as they can just issue a visa on the A4 paper, I had my RC on A4, even now I still haven't put it on my passport and I was always travelling like that.
cutepearl, your news are really useful because people been talking about this a lot(as they had different opinions), can you give more information,,,,, like did they ask you for more information,,,have been together in total 5 years or longer? or explanation or was did they just issued you the PR wi...
thanks cutepearl, I was asking because i have the same situation,,as if you haven't seen my post before, I applied for PR based on 5 years relation as we been living together since january 2007 but married November 2008(3.5 yrs married + 1yr 10 months before marriage). I have received my COA just bi...
Hi guys, I went to Spain, Greece with my wife(holiday) I joined the same queue and I didn't have to fill the landing card,,,,, beside I went to my country and returned to UK same think,,,,but this time 2 immigration officers had a different opinion
Hi cutepearl, Congratulations mate, so in your words the time before marriage still counts toward 5 years PR as long as you lived together in a durable relation(doesn't matter what visa you was holding at that time) and your spouse was exercising the treaty right. No more talking about 2 years cohab...
Hi SeaJohn, my question was,, when did you submit your first application and after how long you got the refusal letter?
I hope your second application will go right,,,wish you the best.
How long did your first application take until they send you a refusal? I would say an appeal is better as you(your lawyer) can explain everything face to face with the judge.
All the best mate.
thanks EUsmileWEallsmile, I spoke to HO yesterday and was told that the COA was issued on the 15/03/2012 and despatched long time ago but I never received it(my solicitor address) so they have issued me an other one and direct to my address but its a long bank holiday,,,,I just don't understand why ...
Hi all, I had received a reply email from HO(Wednesday 28/03/2012) confirming that my COA has despatched from there office but I'm still waiting for it!!!
Any idea how long it might take? as it has been over a week now.
Many thanks.
Hi SeaJohn, I have only red your first few paragraph of this POST, but when you apply for EEA4 under EEA regulations, it all depends on your spouse, and she should be the one meet the legal requirements, et,,treaty right and bla bla not you. But I want to ask you,,,did you receive your COA before th...
