Thanks EUsmileWEallsmile, the solicitor was free ;) I think i will speak to my solicitor on Monday then decide,,,, I believe it shouldn't be a problem as I have sent the all payslips so HO would know that we haven't been absent mush from UK. only 2 short holidays a year.

Once again thanks guys,
So what do you think,,should i wait for HO see if they ask me about travelling section's more information or should I just fill this section in a new application and send it to HO along with an explanation cover letter?

Travelling section not been filled.

Hi guys, I just realised that when my solicitor submitted my EEA4 form, she never mentioned travelling section and im sure she hasn't filled it, how bad can this be? Would they refuse my application or just return it to us and have to fill it and resend it again? Any information would help, thanks g...

Hi cutepearl, I meant you don't have to wait 12 month period of PR,,,you can apply for BC based on 6 yrs relation and demonstrate same evidence that you used for PR.

Hi edr020, give it 1 more week(1 month or 4 weeks) then if you still haven't received it,,,,don't call but email them in the morning about 10 or 11 and they will reply to you with in same day otherwise unless you are unlucky :) be patient for now.

Hi EUsmileWEallsmile, I obviously had to carry it in my passport whenever I was travelling, but never was bothered to transfer it to passport.

not necessary, as they can just issue a visa on the A4 paper, I had my RC on A4, even now I still haven't put it on my passport and I was always travelling like that.

Hi guys, I went to Spain, Greece with my wife(holiday) I joined the same queue and I didn't have to fill the landing card,,,,, beside I went to my country and returned to UK same think,,,,but this time 2 immigration officers had a different opinion :)

How long did your first application take until they send you a refusal? I would say an appeal is better as you(your lawyer) can explain everything face to face with the judge.

thanks EUsmileWEallsmile, I spoke to HO yesterday and was told that the COA was issued on the 15/03/2012 and despatched long time ago but I never received it(my solicitor address) so they have issued me an other one and direct to my address but its a long bank holiday,,,,I just don't understand why ...

How long takes to receive COA after been despatched from HO?

Hi all, I had received a reply email from HO(Wednesday 28/03/2012) confirming that my COA has despatched from there office but I'm still waiting for it!!!
Any idea how long it might take? as it has been over a week now.
