Who did you call to get your BRP routed to your office addess?

Check the timelines post to see how long it usually takes. Mine took more than 5 weeks to arrive and I applied the around the same time as you.

As someone who has gone through the same nightmare recently I can only suggest to be persistent, so keep trying. People cancel and slots may open up. Mornings were the best times for me in getting an appointment. Other forums posts say look at midnight but I've never tried that.

This is the irony of using the online appointment system. People who need the appointments don't get any and there are others who get two and in some cases, even don't cancel the second appointment if they are not using it. In my opinion, the PEO additional fee should be charged at the time of book...

I managed to book two online biometric appointments with 1 dependant at different PEOs as well. I went to one already this morning so I will cancel my other appointment for 13 March at 2:50pm at Cardiff within the next 10 minutes. Hopefully one of you can use it.
