Hi Roshni,

There was a case reference mentioned in the approval letter and I had mentioned the same in the email. There should be a reference number in your letter as well, unless there is a mistake at UKBA's end.

thanks,
Anu

Hi Roshni, I had the same issue. I received the BRP for my dependents on 3rd April after getting successful ILR on 30th March. I only received mine yesterday (on 1st May), in between this period I emailed UKBA twice and was advised to wait due to some IT issues. Also, the issue date on my BRP card i...

Hi, Here is my understanding: The fact that you came back to work in UK under the same WP and all your extension were done from within UK should make you eligible for ILR in August 2012. The only issue is around the date mentioned in the employment letter. I think you should try to convince your emp...

There should not be any issue with taking your infant along, I got my ILR last month and we had taken our 2 yr UK born daughter along with us.

I do not think this will be an issue.

the midnight thing does work, I was able to book an appointment at midnight and all the slots were gone by 12:10. All you need to is to press the button at exactly 00:00 hours. Good Luck.
BTW it was for Glasgow, but I reckon there is only one booking system and it cannot be different for Croydon

ILR Query for WP+Tier2

Hi, I would be applying for ILR by end of this month and have couple of queries: 1. During my initial 2 years in UK I was getting per diem in UK and salary in India, therefore I do not have any Uk salary slips or P60s. I have the same for the rest of the period though. I have worked for the same emp...
