Re: Additional evidence for self employed individuals

Hi,

I think you are not self employed if you work via a limited company as a director because you will be treated as an employee and paid through PAYE. Self Employed status will be applicable for sole traders and not Directors of Ltd Company.

Re: Baby born in the UK but had a pbs dependant visa before

You can go ahead with MN1 registration and his Visa/Overstay wont have any impact as its an entitlement for your son to register as British.

Re: Need help pls P60 missing for 2 years and company dissol

I was told by NCS that if you have passport covering your whole period in UK, then you dont need NI Statements/Payslips/Employer letter as your passport will have stamps to show any gaps. Apart form this UKVI will anyways check your Financial records with HMRC -> Made sense to me.

Re: Applied AN1 - Confused about KOLL

Thanks CR001 for your quick response.

Shall I go ahead and get the Naric ELA for my foreign degree because if HO asks it during consideration I will not have enough time?

Also, Casa said on the other post that you should have either English test or Naric ELA for naturalisation.
