559 days out of the country it will not make u problem.. Coz u r entitle as a 10 years long residency 9 * 30 days + 9 * 31 days = 549 days! Did the OP count dates of exit / entry in the absences? If not, he's exceeded the limit ... by at least 10 days. You are right sushdmehta... Its very complicat...

i pray for all of u.....hopefully yours will be at ur doorstep soon... had provided prepaid special delivery envelop..which they did use.... ilr issued from liverpool @ crb i did not provide pp envelope with my passport that mean i have to wait 2/3 days more coz what i know HO normaly send passport...

i got my ilr today...thank you all for ur prayers and support... application posted 10jan2012..set-0-10yrs passport received 25april2012 ilr stamped 27march2012 sent passport and life in uk (7yrs student+2 yrs psw + 1yr student) wish all of u all the best and a very short wait......
