Adding one more thing to my question , I also have TS10 3 points on my driving license, fine was on spot by police and paid. No court involve.

But i most cases what applies to Tier2 applicable for WP holder as well

And the job title I should pick from SOC list should be "Programmer" b/c there's nothing for "IT programmer and system support".
