Sorry for stupid question.

As there is no visa sticker on the passport, just wanted to confirm that its only the BRP card that is needed for immigration clearance along with passport?

Dear All
Please, can you provide some information on dependent visa?

my wife to be is on PSW which will expire in october. Am a TIER 1 visa holder. can she apply as dependant from UK? or she will need to go to India?

Mistake in BRP card

Dear all
I received my BRP today and found that place of birth at the back of card is different than in my Passport. Shall i get it corrected or it doesnt matter?

Also the BRP says Tier 1 general - restricted work. What does that mean?

You're okay if you've made a valid in-time application. Do i need to notify UKBA about my job change via change of circumstances form? Would it effect my application under process? I am on TIER 1 general and have applied for extension on 12th march. Have done my biometrics.

Redirection does work, I am not sure why it didn't work for your friend. In case you used special delivery envelope for return of documents then it might not be redirected as the special delivery is address specific and needs to be signed for. You could still collect the documents from a local post...

Hi All I will have to move out of my rented property on 20th May 2012. The biometrics were done on 7th April. There is a fair chance i will get my docs back by then but it might not happen and am prepared for the delay. Just wondering if following is a good way to redirect mail from original address...
