Re: ILR Tier1 General help

Hi, I have been in UK under Tier1 General visa. Now I am planning to apply for ILR. As I am applying for ILR under Tier1 General visa, I will need to prove my eligibility points. I am confused on the points given to 'Qualifications Assessment'. The application says "You can only claim points f...

it should be fine. Just the she wont be eligible for BC soon as she will have to satisfy 3 yrs criteria for being in the UK as she is a partner of a BC.

she cant be away for more than 270 days at a stretch in last 3 years and not more than 90 days away in the last 90 days.

Thanks for your quick reply. I have a further question. My absence of more than 90 days was when I was under the HSMP. I was not working during the 93 days, because I was waiting for my job in the UK to start. Do you have an idea of whether I need to be employed during the time I was away? I didn't...

I do not feel any harm in signing it. Where is the clause for refunding the fees if UKBA does not provide efficient services? What guideline is set for UKBA in case of delays or unfair judgement? Anyway, I still feel that it is relevant and do not forget that it is because of such petitions that UK...

When should I apply for my ILR? That is how early will I be apply for my ILR. 28 days before 26/05/0...

I think he means he didn't submit any employer letter. For a WP,ILR applicant No Employer's Letter asked? I thought this was one of the CORE document, for CW,before making the decision. No I think the CW are relaxing it if your current visa is Tier 1. The discretion is still being used as the rules...
