well earnings in the last 12 months shouldn't matter n theory as the main applicant is already settled. Hence, you can make the application and unemployment shouldn't affect you. That're my thoughts however, it would be good to get it confirmed by a guru.

Hi, As per the guidance you can count the EC date instead of of entry date and apply for extension on in dec 2013 I.e.,28 days before the expiry of your leave to remain. Source: https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&q=cache:o2x4Fi6aUDwJ:www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/documents/policyandlaw/...

In simplified words, you can extend your permission to stay in UK only if you are in UK and you already have a permission to stay in UK. If you leave the country, you would need permission to enter, if you do not have a previously issued valid permission to enter to cover the planned return date. w...

if the total number of days are 96 and the dates specified earlier were wrong then you wont qualify for ILR as the absence wasn't work related hence Oct 2013 is more realistic date.

Hi David,

Please elaborate on what you mean by English Test and B1 level as there is nothing published. Seems like something which not many people are aware about. More information will help the forum...

Thanks!

Hi Nirrik,

You should find everything on UKBA site. I don't think its is a very good idea to challenge somebody's post and users to believe what experts have said and other things are also based on user experience.

Its ones ow responsibility to look for validity / authenticity.

Thanks!

Hi Girish, I dont think aggregated leaves will affect you at all. I agree with Samriti2 that case workers can aggregate leaves if the leaves are more. However you have been out for only 175 days which is less than 180 which is allowed. Hence, the case worker should be able to apply the discretion re...
