sorry but if you have your P60s then why do you also want the dividen vouchers thats fine? all they really need is last 12 mths bank statements and salary slips. You can just get a letter from your accountant for the missing information but to me it sounds like a lot of effort. you have to show that...

EXACTLY MY POINT CARLOS. Its best to work with that assumption as 180 days would mean 36 days of paid leaves every year. So 36 days absence every year is fine more than that it should be supported by employer letter etc. Longer discretionary absences in cases where continuous residence has been brok...

Great that's a good set of documents to provide. So you only had one absence for 180 days at a stretch? No other absences or was your total more than 180 days as well?

your unsuccessful ILR

Hi Jack,

Understand that you have had a refusal of your ILR application for the leaves that you had even for compassionate reasons.

Could you please share with me the history of your earlier refusal?

Thanks!

Hi pboopa,

Your case is absolutely fine. As business trips should be excluded just provide a letter for the business related absence from employer.

Thanks!

It is but it might be a good idea to have all such specific cases in one location. If the moderators feel that this isnt required then by all means feel free to delete the post.

More than 180 days and 90 days in one go

Can we start posting cases success stories as well as refusal in this forum to start a discussion around what is the best way to apply PEO or Postal.

Also kind of information that should be provided etc?

I think quite a few of us will benefit from these discussions.

you can include anything tht you have for 2 years. Doesnt matter if your wife went away after coming and living with you in the UK as absences are allowed.

It could take 3-6 months for the application to be processed. Hence, it might be best to explain the situation to your wife's employer. As she is entitled to work legally when the application is with HO. Should submit a copy of the document received from UKBA.

You can if there has been no gap in your visa. For eg if the visa expired on 1st sept then did you get tier 2 from 2nd sept? If it is not continuous then you wont be able to claim the stay for the initial 2 years.
