According to this , they expect to approve early 2015 applications from the first week of June onwards in time for the July ceremony. Makes sense they picked mid-July for it.

I reckon we will only see approvals from May onwards (both 2014 and 2015 applicants).

By looking at previous year, there will probably be a ceremony in July anyways.
