Apologies @Abc499 i ment no offence to your voluntary service on the board.

I respect your advice in good faith, but I am looking for some definitive answers preferably by some senior members here.

Section 6.1 of SET O form reads as follows: 6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based. Did you took along profit /loss account cover the period (01/01/2013- 31/12/2013) or invoice summary?

U don't need second extension.. U can go for ILR..only question I have ..why are you counting your start day from 6 th May.. I believe from 23rd May onwards as u got tier 1 from 23 May I thought continuous period is counted backwards from date of application, which I have tentatively put 6th May ...
