Hello, My situation is described below: 30/03/2009 -Tier 1 general granted (3 year validity) that's under rules before 31/03/2009 29/07/2009 - First entered UK, Visa vignette stamped with this date. Stayed about a month but went back. 12/06/2010 - Rentered to stay after almost a year, counter reset....
