NHS Medical Exemption Card

Hi

I have Type 2 Diabetes and have been issued a Medical Exemption Card. I am on Tier 1 visa. Is NHS Medical Exemption Card considered as a benefit or can I claim free medicines as I do not want this to affect my ILR application next year.

Thanks

Hi

I wanted to check if someone loses their passport and biometric (pretty messy situation) due to misplaced post what is the process to ensure that ILR can still be applied on qualification as the dates stamped on the passport has been lost.

Instructions for Tick on Tier 1 General VISA

Hi

The Tier 1 VISA Application form asks to tick on appropriate check box. I wanted to check if it is fine to put a cross in the appropriate checkbox or do we actually need to put a tick?

Sorry for the silly question
