Also, for the spouse who is sponsoring, is it sufficient to scan the main page of their passport only to show ...

The airline won't know and you potentially might not know either if there is a certificate.

Simply enter the UK as normal, there is no issue here.

---is it refusal reasons correct? Yes, you don't have 10 years lawful stay. You were already advised in 2020 and 2022 that ILR will fail until you have 10 years legal stay (ie 10 years valid visas) ----why should not varied to FLR instead of refusing the ILR Because you still have a valid visa!! --...

Yes, it is fine. Don't overthink it.

If you applied as a family, the child certificate is usually given to you at the parents ceremony.

2. No. A new CoS is required.

Re: ILR TAX ISSUES

Your income as a dependant visa holder is completely irrelevant.

Only the income of the main skilled Worker visa holders matters and just meet rhe skilled Worker requirements.

Not sure why you are looking at Appendix FM when it has nothing to do with your visa route.

Because I am not sure how HO calculate 270 days in 3 years from Jan to Dec or from date of application to backward 01/07/24 to 30/06/21.
It is date of application backwards.

Re: Applying for visit visa while awaiting decision on family visa

You generally can't have two applications at the same time with ukvi. Also, a visitor visa will likely be refused given they have submitted an application to settle in the uk and stated the intention to move and live here. Presumably they submitted their passports already for rhe spouse visa? A visi...

The family want to relay on his income for ilr
There is no financial requirement for Skilled Worker (tier 2) dependents.

What is your visa category or immigration status?

Re: Dependant brother of British citizen

British citizens cannot easily (at all) sponsor extended family that are not spouse or children.

What is your UK immigration history?

When did you arrive and on what visa?

When did you claim asylum?

Where in the asylum process are you at the moment?

Does the two year living together relationship only apply to couples like unmarried partners etc? Yes. Can I apply as a family member of British citizen under article 8 of Human rights Act 1998? No. You are better off on the route you are on or finding another visa you qualify for. How old are you?

Re: Lost UK citizenship certificate with wrong place of birth

I would just ask for a correction, rather than a replacement (so you just do the procedure once). Or do you need to send in your original certificate to get a replacement? You normally need rhe original certificate to get a correction done. So that will be problematic as the OP has left it so long....
