Why do you need to prove address?

Are you applying for ILR with dependents?

Re: ILR application - rolling tenancy

My concern is whether this arrangement will be accepted when we apply for ILR. Yes. There is no law that says you must have a new signed tenancy agreement each time the last one runs out. I have requested a new contract stating the rolling status and, You are contradicting yourself here. You cannot...

Re: Should I travel?

Inky UJVI can cancel her visa. The 60 days starts from when the ukvi letter is received, which can take a while.

It does not start from end of employment.

Suggest return to the UK as soon as possible to avoid potential issues.

If you answer yes to 'Do you have any other reasons to stay in the UK', the system will ask you to provide evidence for this and this is the source of your confusion. Ignore this as you do not need to provide any evidence for 'other' reasons to stay in the UK

Re: Global Talent Dependent Child Visa extension when main applicant has submitted for ILR and still waiting for ILR dec

The rules do not allow your child to get a visa with an expiry date that is different or later than your spouse. There is no 5 year residence for children they apply for ILR when both or the second parent applies. Pintlesa apply for an extension when the expiry date will be exactly the same as what ...

Children born abroad are expected to have ILR before they can apply for citizenship.

Presumably they were born before you became British?

Re: URGENT HELP REQUIRED PLEASE!!

You should have applied for the dependent visa before your visa expired, even if your partners visa was still pending.

Your application would simply have be put on hold until partner visa decision made, but you have would have had legal stay under section 3c.

When did your last visa expire?

Re: Gap in 6 months wage, Category A, ILR apply from Spouse FLR(M)

found out you don't do that unless she stayed over 180 days which she hasn't.
There is no 180 day absence issue or limit for spouse visa holders. It applies to a completely different visa category with different rules.

Re: IHS for extension of Tier-2 visa

1. No. If you get ilr, dependents apply for a 3 year extension. There is no lesser time than 3 years, this is as stated in the immigration rules.

2. Yes, you have to pay ihs for all three for 3 years.

What date was their initial visa issued/granted?

One of the questions does ask:

"How long have you lived in the UK?"

She lived here 5 years and 1 month but back in 2022, she's been abroad to see her faily for 2 months. Should I subtract 5 years, 1 month to 4 years and 10 months?
No!

Re: BRP expired before ILR eligibility, what are the options now?

The call centre is outsourced to a third party agency. You are not talking to ukvi staff at all. The advice you get also depends on what and how exactly you asked and if your query has been understood. Your only option for them now if FLR fp I think which will be a new 5 or 10 year route to ilr. Re: BRP expired before ILR eligibility, what are the options now?

So their visas expired last year and you haven't done anything to sort their visa status out??

They cannot apply for ILR if they do not have a valid visa.

A BRP replacement is NOT the same thing as a visa extension and a visa extension is inly relevant if they hold a valid visa to extend.

You also cannot submit new evidence in admin review, they only review the application and documents submitted that the refusal was based on. 2. If the visa has been r...

Many thanks CR001 for your response "If they switch to your GTV Dependent, at any point, their visas will be valid till your current expiry date. A further extension will also be for 3 years, which would still leave them short for ILR". But I read extension can be done for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5...
