6. Evidence of National Insurance contributions covering the relevant period - P60s for the last 5 years This is NOT required. Re: Dependent Visa Extension when main applicant has applied for ILR

Skilled Worker Dependent visa. It will be a 3 year extension. You might have to pay IHS to progress on the form to submit. You might be able to get a refund, you might not (based on you now being on ILR and not a skilled worker visa holder). https://www.gov.uk/health-care-worker-visa https://www.gov...

For info, you cannot switch to Skilled Worker within the UK if you have not completed your studies and the university has informed UKVI. The rules changed earlier this year.

If she tries to come as a tourist, she does risk being refused entry as she is obviously not a tourist. If she does manage to enter the uk, she would have to leave and then com...

Re: Applying skilled worker visa within UK vs outside UK

Basically, how risky is it as a dentist (health and care visa ) to apply from India where it will be a fresh visa application against doing it within uk , as I have valid student visa until Feb 2025. The only difference is that you get to stay in the UK and appeal if failed versus you appeal from o...

1. Not an issue. Add a cover letter if you want to. It is not a reason for a refusal. 2. It is the same end result just children are registered not naturalised. No Oath ceremony for children under 18 etc. 3. They can but a child born abroad would be British by descent who cannot pass it on to their ...

Re: Naturalization application for child

Children don't have a 12 month wait. They can apply when either parent does and rhenother holds ilr. Simply complete form MN1 for the child separately. No need to cancel your application. Each person apply is assessed individually anyway, regardless of whether you apply together or separately. Note ...

Leave will lapse, if an absence exceeds 2 years.
May I ask if you are referring to indefinite leave to remain (ILR) or a spouse visa?
Have you clicked the linked provided?? Key is the word "lapse"!!
