Re: Query related Spouse visa

Your marriage won't be recognised in the uk as your husband was not divorced and free to marry at that time.

You will likely have to apply for a 6 month fiance visa and then marry in the UK and then switch to a 2.5 year spouse visa.

Re: ILR DEPENDANTS ENQUIRES

There is no 5 year minimum residence for children. The child applies for ilr when you do.

That aside, you have been given terribly incorrect advice. It is actually the other way round, the child cannot apply for ilr before you do or without you.

Re: ILR Dependent Submission Suggestion

To prove the cohabitaion - would 3 years council bill, and marriage certificate be sufficient, please? No, it is not. You need a selection of documents from 3 to 4 different sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months either in joint names or addressed to each of you individually, covering the l...

Re: Early Naturalisation Application

Citizenship applications can take up to 6 months, sometimes longer and therefore likely impossible for you to travel in August and December anyway. You can only apply for a British passport once you have attended your ceremony. In peak periods, passports can take a few weeks. There is no quick route...

Iam on tier2 work permit. Daughter is aged 17, she will be applying for dependant visa. She doesn't qualify for a dependent visa if the other parent is not also applying. You would need official documents proving you have sole responsibility, which you won't have because you are still married. Do y...

Are you the main visa Skilled Worker visa holder or the one with the dependent visa?

If a dependent has been sponsored for a visa, yes you need to inform UKVI and the dependent visa will be curtailed.
