No, there is no 28 day rule. You need to be on ILR for exactly 12 months, unless married to or civil partner of a British Citizen and have any legal residence for 3 years.

brp s are only issued for in country applications. if you are applying at peo, the biometrics will be done on the same day as part of the process.

your kids can skip ilr as they are born in the uk their registration once a parent hasikr is one of entitlement under section 1(3) and wont be classed as overstayer by ukba when you apply for registration. also, it is not the ukba who issue passports, its the IPS and i have never heard of a passport...

you dont need to inform ukba everytime your address changes. if you apply for citizenship, the form asks for previous 5 years address but not for any proof of all of them.

no, she can apply as spouse of bc once you have got your citzenship as the residence rquirements will then be 3 years and as long as she meets th othe standard requirements too.
