Have you checked with your previous address if there is any post for you?
Did you do a Royal Mail Redirection service?

UKBA will not provide any updates if it is less than 6 months.

You need to contact the registrar office and they will be able to help you. You are suppose to contact the council within 21 days and I really hope that you don't have any problems and that your certificate was not sent back to UKBA. Best would be to explain to the council registrar office what the ...

Re: Ceremony letter not arrived even after 2 months!!

Have you contacted your council to find out if they have your certificate? Hi, No, I haven't, as I didn't know if they could help. What certificate are you talking about? Don't I get it after the ceremony? I'm confused now.......and I cannot believe that some people have waited 2 years with no resu...

The absence should not cause a problem for ILR in November 2013. You are quoting the absence requirements for naturalisation as BC. Isaac01 - you are incorrect that the spouse needs to spend 3 years to qualify for ILR. Spouse only needs 2 years residence based on the old rules, then ILR can be appli...

I cannot understand why you are making such a big issue out of this tiny detail. Your absence and your wife's absence are not significant in anyway and there is no need to provide 'proof' that you were 'in contact' for such short periods. The UKBA does allow spouses to travel, even if not travelling...

1. The is no requirement to switch once you marry a BC, so you can stay on your T2 until you qualify for ILR, which will be the most sensible way to go to obtain ILR. Then once you have ILR, you can apply for citizenship immediately as spouse of BC if you meet the standard requirements. 2. I am pret...
