Hello, My Tier 1 General Visa expires on 28th April 2012. (Total visa duration 28th April 2007 - 28th April 2012). My first entry in UK was 20th May 2007. Thanks Vinny for your help. I am also wondering if I can apply her visa as my ILR dependent and not go for FLR route. Knowing the current situation would they grant her 2 years of visa (??).
