Separated spouse is refusing to give address for application

Hi All I have permanent residence via the non-EEA family member route and am now eligible for citizenship. (Hooray!) My (ex)husband and I separated last summer and unfortunately we do not have a good relationship now. The BC application notes that even if you are separated they treat you as married,...

Just received my RC as well. It appears they've just issued a large batch. My timeline: EEA2 received by HO: 21/03/13 COA received: 10/04/13 (dated 08/04/13) with right to work RC received: 22/05/13 (dated 20/05/13) I sent in two previous applications that were returned for more evidence and each to...

Thanks for the responses. I ended up sending in two completely packed binders full of information and I'm still nervous that I missed something. (The postage due sucked incidentally.) In the binder explaining why my husband does in fact exercise treaty rights, I sent: a year's worth of pay slips, hi...

Advice? EEA national employs himself in a LLC

Hi all I have a complicated case and would love some advice. My husband (the EEA national) is an IT contractor and he is the sole employee of a limited liability company that he owns. It's not the same thing as being self employed - the company is registered with Company's House and everything else....

Just an update on delayed Certificates of Application - I called last week to ask about my application. It had been received on 6 July, making Friday 10 weeks since they received it. The woman I spoke with was unable to tell me anything except that it hadn't even been started yet. I pointed out to h...

EEA2 - refusal due to insufficient evidence. Advice please!

Hi Wondering if anyone can throw me some advice here. I submitted an EEA2 application for myself (not from an EEA member country) on 2 Feb, and just received it back 9 March after being rejected for insufficient evidence. The issue was with evidence of my self-employed husband's national insurance c...
