Hello I have a question I hope someone can help ,I'm not included in the tenancy agreement could be a problem? it is very clear in the folder that my husband can pay accommodation but he is the one included in the tenancy agreement .

Someone who knows can correct me if I'm wrong In case they get married overstay doesn't affect the desicion on spousal visa right? but the problem here maybe they will have to prove maintenance requirements

The delayed 9 weeks to send all my documents back telling it was invalid , most of the cases I read delayed 12 weeks .

Hello saagaloo I readed if you sent the old version between 21 days of the release of the new version they may still accept . I sent a letter today telling child benefit and child tax credit are on my husband's name only and attached the letter of the child tax credit but it shows my name due to procedures of that kind of benefit .

They received my letter on 8th March and got the acknowledgment letter some days after but as I did a mistake by putting the wrong front page ( from an expired form) the rest of the form is fine, I'm waiting the letter about BPR to confirm they accepted it as valid I wish that happen .

Does someone knows how many weeks after the application you get the letter telling to book an appt to take the biometrics? .

(I'm waiting for that desperately as that will be a sign that they accepted my form as valid) .

Oh I really wish you are right the department in charge of the fee didn't mind but do you think the clerical department will bother checking inside the form after they see the first page is wrong ?

Hello Greenie the form is the SET M was wrong because the first page of the form belongs to the expired one from april and the rest of the form is from february I submitted it one week ago and the right fee has been debited
