Basic salary + HCA high cost area allowance

Hi,

I'm confused about calculating gross salary to apply for extension for Tier 1 General, I'm getting salary from my employer as
Basic Salary
HCA
but both are taxable, my question is do i need to consider gross salary as Basic salary + HCA or just Basic Salary.

Natwest bank local branch is providing me black and white laser printed copy of
Bank statement with their logo in blank and white, will that be acceptable by ukba? Or do I have to order bank statement which could take more than a week to receive?

Hi, I'm just confused about the gross amount before tax to be calculated.
