If i withdraw application as my visa is expired am i right in thinking need to leave country immediately and then apply from home country?
Unfortunately this is not viable situation, would it help if solicitor takes case?

My nan passed away in India sadly today and my passport is home office due to my ILR Set M visa. I applied in PEO Croydon 3 months ago and on the day it was IT issue.
