Their solicitor has advised them that their appeal won't be successful so that's why they will be submitting a new application soon. Plus they don't want to wait for 6-8 months. His wife earns way above the 18,600 income threshold so he will be applying again. InshAllah he will be successful this t...

Thank you all for showing concern. Well yeah they are all really sad as they met all other requirements and this was the only reason for refusal. @King2be98: Their solicitor has advised them that their appeal won't be successful so that's why they will be submitting a new application soon. Ours starts with GRY/PK/ then goes on with numbers, don't know what the problem is. That's not the tracking number. The tracking number starts with the name of t...

Typo in the application form

Hi. I made a mistake while filling out my application form. The house that I'm going to stay in is owned by my wife's father but I wrote in the application form that it is 'owned by parents' instead of 'owned by a parent'. Do you think the application is likely to be refused because of this? Should ...

Ok I have a question, once you have submitted the application and if you realise that there was a minor mistake in your application then can you write BHC a letter stating all that? Or once you have submitted the application then there is no way back? (I know how stupid I sound)

Thanks in advance

I submitted my app yesterday but made a mistake in it. My father in law owns the house (provided the documents with it) but I wrote in the form that it is 'owned by parents' instead of 'owned by a parent' ... I feel like an idiot
