I have come to know that my Certificate of Sponsorship has been used i.e. by UKBA when do they actually do it doest it give an indication of the stage of application process.

if it is done after biometric or before biometric ?

Now they are reviewing biometrics done up to March 12th 2012 since yesterday.

sorry to hear that.. dude there is something called emergency certificate issued by indian consulate ..you can travel with that to india..but please check with indian consulate once and also UKBA ..

launch a police complaint about the loss of passport and take it to indian consulate or indian passport office use tatkal and reply with the documents.. and send a written letter to mumbai UK consulate and also have a word with them explaining your situation..

Now they are considering Applications given up to 3rd March. Since last update on 27th of March when they were considering application up to 27th Feb. Looks like a weak of processing time to process a weak's application ?

The UKBA is considering applications of people who submitted their Biometrics on or before 27th Feb 2012.

Can anyone tell how many weeks or days it took to come from 17th Feb 2012 to 27th Feb 2012.

Thank you doc.. they did answer the call today 20/3/012..after 20 mins and they asked me to wait till next monday 27/03/3012 which wil make 4 weeks since the money has been taken from the account .. and it seems there is back log in the processing to issue biometric letters. cheers..
