I think the answer is depend on the basis of rejection - If it is because does not meet the point it will not impact negatively on any future applications. U could alwasy RE-apply in the future once U get enough points. -Howver if the basis for rejection because of Fraud/Deception then it will impac...

I did not say 6-12 is fine. I said 6 weeks in advance is fine. Please note that whathave been claimed by people in this forum is not necessarily my view, I am just reporting it. U need to make your own judgement (and of course your own risk)whether what have been claimed by people is true or not. Th...

If memory serve well, the person who have reported have applied 1 year in advance, mentioned that, it is the 3 years from date they issue you FLR not the date of your FLR expire. Try to spend sometimes to find that post. Please note, you need to judge and decide yourselves (taking risk your selves c...

If U have got email confirmation (not by Phone) from the HO/HSMP team then I believe in your case you have a very strong basis to apply earlier. You just need to attach the email with your application. I know also there is quite a few advatages (I did not see any disadvatages) if you could apply ear...

That is also what I have been told, also what it has been written in the guidance and what majority of peole in htis forum have confirmed. I think it is sensible because what is the most important thing is that they want to know your very last economics activities. Just to remember that you might be...

Grade sheet are not required for HSMP application. The will not look at it either as they are not expert in ytour field. It is advisable NOT to submit it in your application

Good to know about this, so he people do not generalise. I think HSMP people should not support the dodgy companies operating in the UK. For the long term it is also HSMP applicant’s interest not to work in these companies. It is a general truth there are always be the good and the bad guys in nay...

People shall not pay a penny to get P60. You should get it from your employer not from anywhere else, It is a legal obligation. U will not escape proscection by pretending that U were not aware that U were offered fraudulent doicuments. Hi Hari, Yesterday I called to one of my friend's friend, who i...

In the past, there has been a few people caught producing fraudulent documents, but I did not hear anyone was arrested. It seems they have become more strict. I believe this is the reflection of the number of fraudulent documents that have been discovered recently. This shall become a bitter lesson ...

Re: Doing 2 jobs @ same time in UK

Yes there is no restriction how many jobs you could have. What you need to be aware is that it is not your current salary will determine whether you will get extension or not. But it is your last 15 month salary that will determine whether you will get extension or not, so just be cautious. I will s...

Well done apply4hsmp I think this is something to do with business ethics (and probably legal matter as well). Some companies have no ethics in doing business. Re: Companies which dont give payslips

Some companies are doing this in the effort of avoiding tax (Tax Evasion). I do not really know whether it is legal or not. But I have not read anywhere the documents which mention that the Indian companies are exempted from the tax when come to HSMP earning. In this case you definitely have the pro...

Yes this is true it does not need to be British Universities Extrovert, To meet English language requirement, you must have a Bachelors degree from a UK University or an IELTS(taken within the last 12 months or so,I think). So, your Bachelors degree from Pakistan cannot be considered in this case. A...

Extrovert The reason for rejection based on insufficient Evidence to meet English requirement is pretty clear. Your Bachelor degree is taught in English however because it is not recognised to be comparable to UK bachelor than you cannot use it as evidence to meet English requirements. If I might su...

Re: An 7.0 on IELTS

alihatfield My point is just to shed light to people how different scores of IELTS look likes. Quite reasonable numbers of people do not sit for IELTS as they just use letter from universities to qualify for HSMP. NHS doctors, NHS Nurses are required to score IELTS of 7.0.
