Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS)

Dear All

I heard that if you get a permanent Job offer in Australia which pay higher than threshold income, you could apply ENS. If is successful you will be granted a PR direct.

Could someone who know about could comments or give their opinion please ???

Re: On Tier1 Visa and working - Can I study part time

If you take MBA course in the UK (Not bogus MBA). All students (UK as well as Eu students) pay the same fee with interantional students e.g unsubsidised fee. So it does not really matter whteher it is international fee or home fee. All, Another query I had is I may wish to do the full time MBA cours...

I do not think asking temporary passport will solve the problem in this instance. Your LTR/FLR/Residence permit is on your old passport. When you leave or want to Re-enter UK how are you going to prove that you have LTR/FLR/Residence permit to Re-enter UK? This is why if you read in this forum, the ...

Re: Referees - foggy area

Normally, Professional qualifications means they have got professional qualifications as an Engineer e.g CEng (Chartered Engineer). As has been pinted by djb123, people acquire CEng from royal chartered ECUK. Anybody who has got degree in engineering does not necessarily an Engineer. I must admit th...

I believe not many people will believe if a company was offering you £9000/month while your previous salary figures far from reaching this figure. But certainly, it will be possible to get this figure of salary, if you worked as a Director in a very well known multi national companies in “industr...

Re: Life in the UK test - how easy is it

In general, the test it selves is not difficult as the question will be taken from a book (less than 100 pages). A university student learn about 3-5 books of 200-400 pages in order to pass an exam. In "life in the uk test", you know already that the question will come from chapter 2-6 (le...

6pandn21 What has been mentioned by others is true. So your new employers need to apply WP for you following similar procedure with your previous job. The good news is that, if you are doing similar job with similar level of pay with your previous job where you get your WP. It is very simple process...

saleem_hu I am sorry to hear about your case. What I have seen the job you are describing is that is not in the list of shortage occupation list, so I will not surprise you fall into that bracket. I could ascertain that you will pay International Fee NOT home fee.
You will pay home fee once you get your ILR.

Re: Can I Study on a Tier 1 Visa?

I personally know person who study under HSMP. I have read a few postings in this forum confirming these things. I have no idea about Tier 1, as this program is still new, but presumably will be the same. You will never find the official source from the HO that will explicitly write to allow HSMP/Ti...

Re: HSMP CASE- What after that

When you apply extension under the old rule (HSMP) the point is not relevant 65/75 whatever. The main criteria is economic activity so do not need to worry how many points you have got. Keep in mind that HO has not declared yet whether to appeal or to accept the JR decision. So as other have said th...

My suggestion is that wait until you get your CW name and address and send it directly to them on the day one they work on your case. Otherwise, your importnat documents might loose in the jungle. Remember your applicaiton going from table to table, office to office, cities to cities and you will ne...

Xzibit1 It does not say that your referee need to get BC for over 3 years. Just to remind you that BC does not differentiate how long you have b...

You could study while on HSMP visa, do not know bout Tier 1 yet but I am pretty sure it will be the same.
