KET (KEY ENGLISH TEST) is cheap and easy.......they only accept degrees from certain unis..there is a list somewhere in ukba website.....don't take a risk....... KET is the cheapest and easiest option..........

not too sure but i don't think u have to wait another 2year for her to apply for ilr.....i think the 2yr starts from when she started staying here as your dependant on any visa.....but definetly u have to get her new visa as ur status has changed....i think u have to make ur application within 28day...

get your the SAR (Subject Access Request)....may be they have details in there.......also check ur passport throughly for all stamps of departure AND arrival .......maye be it has a stamp from the airport u departed..even if u didn't get stamped in uk......

score of 7 is well over the required 4....so its ok.as long as it hasn't expired ielts expires in two years....bank balance is not important, but your income is...show payslips for last 6 months or so. from both u and ur wife....and i believe but not sure that u are required to apply within 28days o...
