Hi guys, thanks for your valuable advise. i have been looking day and night to re-schedule my appointment to an earlier date but in vain. It always says, no appointments available for selected dates. Lets see, not sure i can get an earlier date. any advise on this

Thanks for your reply, yes i am looking for an earlier date. But i also need advise if in case i cant get an earlier date, will it be ok to go on windo just a day before visa expires. If something wrong goes will they allow me time to submit additional docs or appeal agains the decision.

I am going abroad for 3 weeks, back end of april. my tier1 extension is in june 2012. will there be any problems at immigration when i return. i would still have over a month of valid tier1 visa.
