ILR granted how to renew Pakistani passport

My wife has been granted indefinate leave to remain but her pakistani passport is about to expire

My question is how do we renew pakistani passport in UK if she has ILR

Tried calling the pakistani embassy in UK and no one ever answers the phone

Can someone please advise

Why did you do the IETLS test should have done the ESOL test much easier and also cheaper to do

In my opinion the IETLS test just causes confusion everytime

Can you not book the test any sooner or failing that, an alternative test such as ESOL Entry Level 3. You only need to satisfy the Speaking and Listening elements but with IELTS you do all four elements as that is how the exams are structured.
