Confirming my application pack

Hi there, I have my ILR premium appointment on the 19/07 at Solihull. My application is based on 2 years on Work permit and 3 years of Tier 1 General. I have been married for 4 years now and have been living together in UK for the same period. We also have a toddler son but we have excluded him from...

Re: Co-habitation documents

I have been going through the topics related to Co-habitation documents. They are all different. Can someone please verify my list of documents and advice if they are OK/enough to prove our co-habitation: 1. 2 years of Joint Bank account statements 2. 3 years of TV license (i.e. 2010, 2011, 2012) o...

Many thanks Sir.

I still manage to earn 45 points through my 12 months payslips and bank statement. Just to confirm if it is ok to simply ignore this section and move forward please?

New Page added to SET O form

I have my appointment to the HO next week for ILR. What I noticed was that they have now added an extra page on the form for adding information about Maternity/Paternity/child adoption leave during your earning period. In my situation, we had our son last November and that is when I took paternity l...

Would like to seek an opinion of senior members on my application pack. ILR for my mother in India

Dear Board, I am in the process to apply for ILR for me and my wife in UK. It is a straight forward application which I am confident that I shall get it. My question is after I get my ILR, can I get my mom to apply for the same from home country after I get mine so that she does not have to apply fo...

Apologies for the confusion. I got my dates the wrong way round.... 1. I was granted 5 years Work permit (in country application) on 15th August 2007. 2. I then applied for 3 years Tier 1 General on 3rd August 2009 which expires on 3rd August 2012 (as I wanted to change jobs). Now can you tell me if...

I had 3 points and £60 in fine

i had 3 points and £60 in penalty ticket 4 years ago due to speeding on motorway which I paid within 20 days.

Last year DVLA removed those points from my license.

Do I need to disclose this on my form?

Depandants presence for the premium appointment

Dear Board,

Can someone please confirm if my dependants are required to be present at the PEO with me during our appointment for ILR?

Considering that we have a young kid (5 months) and the long wait might just make it uneasy for him?

Thanks

ILR, then Child UK PP and then myself

Dear Board,

I understand that we can apply for my child UK Passport immediately after my ILR.

Will I still have to wait for 1 year for my citizenship or any possibility for me to apply straight after my kids PP?

Thanks

No I did not go to the court. I appealed through the independant adjudicator.

Thanks for the reply.

The form does say in the bracket to include traffic offenses.

Parking Charge Notice (PCN)

Dear All, I am in a process to apply for me ILR in July. My question is that last November I was issued a Parking charge notice and my car was towed away. I paid the charges immediately as I had to release my car. I further appealed for the charges but was rejected. Is this considered as a criminal ...

We are in the process to apply for ILR in July12. I am married for more than 3 years and have been living together for nearly 3 years in the uk. However except for a joint bank account (which we have held for more than 2 years), I do not have any other document to prove our co-habition. Is that suff...

ILR for my newborn

I have a wife who has a dependant and we recently had a newborn. We are in the process of applying for an ILR in July 12 as I complete my 5 years tenure through a combination of Workpermit for the first 2 years and then Tier 1 general for 3 years. My son was born in November in London. I have his bi...
