Hi All
I mailed the FLR team (the email address which was against my surname) and got a reply immedeately. They told that I can apply for an extension immedeately and also adviced me to keep an Urgent treatment form with it so that I will be getting it ASAP for my travel.

Thanks for the reply. I have already lived in this country for 1.5 years on WP, so I think it will not affect my ILR position as Home office will consider my stay with WP also for the ILR
am I right on this or else will they only consider my HSMP stay for the ILR ??
