Hello all ny wife is from pakistan does she just require ESOL entry 3 speaking and listening for ILR ?

Also is the lifeintheuk just a written test as someone has mentioned a verbal test too ?

sorry may 2012 application submitted im not hiding ive got issues :shock: is a standard ESOL acceptable or does it have to be a skills for life course

To be honest the passport is required so can tier 4 renewel be withdrawn and passport be returned directly to owner then submit a spouse application ? If it is decided to continue with tier 4 how long is average wait and application is granted or during application can u request passport to be retur...

Application submitted before july 2012 was granted last year so I assume its two year ?

Im interested whether the proofs are enough anything additional needed or taken in to consideration

no idea not making sense to me im not fussed about being charged anything im just wanting to do the right thing thats all there always pros and cons but in the end what is most important is getting my wife here first then dealing with this its a shame i maybe penalised as i need alot of help and sh...

It doesn't matter whether you want your wife included or not it's the law. if she is included in the claim wont this affect ILR in the future ? well i do have health issues which have been documented in my case but does anyone have any guidance on how to attach this to your papers im still trying to get evidences together so not submitted as yet as i am the sponsor i am the one with the problems.

something which i have been thinking about can ECO's check a bank account or contact banks for information would banks inform you im asking in general can they contact agencies work places etc is there an obligation for departments to notify you ?
